Cancelation Policy

If you need to change or reschedule a confirmed booking, please provide us with a 24 Hour Notice through email. Less than 24 Hour Notice will result in a $50 Cancellation Fee. If booking was made on the same day, you have 3 Hours Notice to inform our dispatch team. No Show will result in a $50 Cancellation Fee.
